We offer flexible options to suit you, including using a secure lockbox or holding a spare set of keys. All keys and access details are handled with the utmost care and stored securely, so you can feel confident your home and pet are in safe hands.

On hot days, we adjust walk times, routes, and pace to avoid heat stress, always provide fresh water, and make sure your dog has plenty of rest breaks. Paw protection and shaded routes are prioritized, and we monitor every dog closely for signs of overheating so they can enjoy their walk safely and happily.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations whenever possible, but we’re always happy to be flexible and work with you when unexpected situations arise.
